1. Overview

This website, www.nestypup.com, is operated by Pet Nest ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree to give us accurate and complete information when you order.

3. Products and safe use

  • Pet Nest is a console seat for dogs up to 15 lb. Check your dog's weight and your car's center console before ordering.
  • Pet Nest keeps your dog close and in one spot. It is not a crash-tested restraint and is not designed to protect your dog in an accident.
  • Always clip the built-in tether to a harness, never to a collar. Never leave your dog unattended in the car.
  • Don't place the seat where an airbag could deploy toward it, and don't let it get in the way of driving. The driver is always responsible for driving safely.
  • Colors may look slightly different on your screen. Photos and illustrations show how the product is used and may include items that aren't included. What's in the box is listed on the product page.

4. Prices, offers and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
  • Bundle discounts and promotions apply only as described on the site and during the dates shown.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We don't store your full card details.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

6. Digital bonus

Some offers include the Calm Car Rides eBook, a free digital bonus sent by email. It is for your personal use only and may not be resold or shared publicly.

All content on this site (text, photos, graphics, logos and videos) belongs to Pet Nest or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to post false reviews or to collect other users' information.

The site and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we don't guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pet Nest is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the products, including use that doesn't follow the instructions above. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its "Last updated" date, is the one that applies.
