Where we ship
Pet Nest ships to the United States. If you order from another country, the shipping options and costs available for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery time (United States)
Delivery takes 7–12 business days after your order ships. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way. Estimated delivery dates are also shown at checkout.
Shipping cost (United States)
- 1 Pet Nest: $5.95 tracked shipping.
- 2 or more Pet Nests: free tracked shipping.
Holiday delivery
Want it before Christmas? Order by December 5. Orders placed after that may arrive after December 25.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email us at petnest02@gmail.com and we'll resend it or refund you.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update it if you contact us before your order ships. Once it has shipped, we can't redirect it.
