We want your dog to love her Pet Nest. If she doesn't, email us at petnest02@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll take care of it.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or it isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send you a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask you to.
Changed your mind?
You can return your Pet Nest within 30 days of delivery as long as it's unused, clean and in its original packaging.
- Email us first with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service.
- Once we receive and check the item, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Bundles
If you bought a bundle and return only part of it, we'll refund the amount you actually paid for the returned item(s), after the bundle discount.
Non-refundable
- Original shipping charges, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
- The Calm Car Rides eBook is a free digital bonus and has no cash value.
Late or missing refunds
Once we issue a refund, your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it. If it's been longer than that, contact us and we'll help.
